What are the Fee's?

DCM runs a legal fee top up system, this means you become a member of our social enterprise charity and you receive legal minutes.  If you have a question about our fee's please email accounts@disabilityclaims.org.uk

All cases are charged an application fee of: £14 case review fee (non refundable), £1 donation to the DCM charity via the Access 2 Justice fundraising arm and a £10 donation to charity, totalling £25.

£10 from every claim is donated to charity, £1 is donated to the DCM charity and 10% of DCM case profits are donated to the DCM charity.

£50 Civil Cases (unwaged) you receive £500 of legal credit with DCM and £500 for disbursements
Our charge is comprised of our application fee above (£25) and £25 DCM fee (refundable within 14 days only).

£85 Civil Cases (waged) you receive £500 of legal credit with DCM and £500 for disbursements
Our charge is comprised of our application fee above (£25) and £50 DCM fee (refundable within 14 days only).


£85 Tribunal cases (unwaged) you receive £500 of legal credit with DCM and £500 for disbursements.
Our charge is comprised of our application fee above (£25) and £60 DCM fee (refundable within 14 days only).

£145 Tribunal cases (waged) you receive £500 of legal credit with DCM and £500 for disbursements. 
Our charge is comprised of our application fee above (£25) and £120 DCM fee (refundable within 14 days only). 


A deposit of £100 per case is required to cover your fees incurred and any disbursements payable upon application.

You are responsible for all medical fees incurred and any disbursements.

You are responsible for travel and reasonable accommodation costs to allow DCM to represent you at your local tribunal / court case.

DCM will charge each item to your schedule, you shall receive a statement when your credit runs low.

Once a client has used up there legal credit, the client will be required to top up at the following rates : £50 for £500 credit or £80 for £1000 credit.

Full and final details of fee's are provided to every client upon application.  Each client has 14 days in which to cancel there claim without penalty.


Cancellation charges and reasonable work costs apply to all cases over the 14 day cancellation period.

How do I pay my DCM Fees?

Cheque or postal order  (Add a £3 fee on your invoice for payment processing) and send too:
