DCM is a not for profit paralegal law firm created in 2009, with funding from the Princes Trust Charity. DCM is the only paralegal law firm dealing with disabilities. DCM runs the Access 2 Justice social enterprise arm which raises funds for the independently operated DCM charity. The DCM charity provides assistance to disabled clients on no or low incomes.
DCM are specialist in discrimination claims that affect disabled people. DCM can assist disabled clients to manage and prepare the civil court and employment tribunal paperwork based on discrimination because of their race, gender, sexuality or disability. DCM is exempt from claim management regulation.
DCM works across England & Wales to complete the paperwork and detailed examinations of your claims. DCM provides the planning, documents and assistance for your claim. DCM also seeks to represent you as lay representatives at your local Employment Tribunal or Civil Court offices.
DCM also provides ongoing admin support for Solicitor and Barrister chambers via our paralegal work.
Our headquarters, finance and administration are managed in London, with a North West office in
Liverpool for easy access to clients in the North.
We are not for profit and believe our fees for claim management are the cheapest in England
and Wales. We currently donate £10 from every claim to Charity and 10% of case profits to the DCM
charity via Access 2 Justice (a trading arm of the DCM Charity).
We are proud to be a member of the Federation of Small Businesses and a member of safebuy web code of
